Shipping Policy

From checkout to delivery

We aim to release paid and authorized orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery in the carrier network is then expected to take another 4–6 business days.

Before we dispatch

The checkout calculation controls eligible destinations and delivery charges. An incomplete or incorrect address can delay the parcel or lead to carrier return.

Carrier updates and exceptions

Carrier events may change because of weather, demand, holidays, or service disruption. Report a lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdelivered shipment at cchinnu7088@gmail.com with the records needed for investigation.

Timing notes

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Processing and transit estimates are separate and do not guarantee arrival on a particular date.
