Checkout authorization

The live checkout presents USD totals and the available card entry. Displayed Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Maestro icons do not represent individual payment tests.

Billing verification

Successful authorization is required before fulfillment. Risk checks, incorrect billing data, issuer decisions, or a temporary authorization hold can delay or prevent completion.

Payment security

The checkout provider processes sensitive card information. Support should not receive a full card number, CVV, password, or one-time code.

Payment help and refunds

For checkout assistance, use Contact Us. Each approved refund is initiated to its original payment method within 10 calendar days, though the receiving bank or card issuer can take longer to post it.
